Card is not charged at this time, it is
held for cancellation policy purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Less than 24 Hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.  Failure to give notice of cancellation or NO SHOW for your appointment, 100% of your service TOTAL will be charged to credit card on file.

All Permanent Makeup procedures will require
72 hour cancellation. A 50% deposit will be
charged to the card on file within 7 days of your 
scheduled appointment. The deposit is non 
refundable and non transferable if 72 hours is
not given for cancellation. 

No show fee will be 100% charged to the card on file.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients that arrive 5 or more minutes late
should expect an abbreviated service or may
be asked to reschedule.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority,
however, we have a strict no refunds policy
for services rendered.

In the event you are not pleased with your
service we ask that you please express this
with your service provider directly and
immediately.

In the event this provider could not meet
your expectations, please submit your 
feedback to ritualrooms@gmail.com and a 
member of our management team will contact
you within 48 hrs to address your concerns.
